How we're giving back
We are dedicated to contributing 10% of every sale to a nonprofit organization aligned with our values, and our initial selection is the extraordinary work of Dian Fossey. Today, her impact endures through the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, which actively promotes gorilla protection, scientific research, education, and community initiatives.
Gorillas have always inspired us - they're incredibly strong and athletic, thriving on a diet that's nearly 100% plant-based. While they occasionally consume small insects, about 90% of their diet is made up of plants. We believe that humans too can thrive on a diet that's based on plants.
As we look ahead, we aim to create partnerships with more nonprofits that share our vision and values.

Supporting One of the Planet’s Strongest Plant-Based Beings - Gorillas
Your purchases help fund programs that educate and equip students and scientists with the skills needed to address challenges like habitat loss and climate change, ensuring continous and proactive support to gorilla conservation.
Your contributions provide researchers with essential tools like cameras, GPS trackers, and field equipment. These resources are critical for monitoring gorilla movements, gathering data, and protecting their habitats.
Donations also fund anti-poaching patrols that actively deter illegal hunting. These teams safeguard gorillas by removing snares, intercepting poachers, and ensuring that gorilla populations remain safe in their natural habitats.
Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. That's why we support companies that work on decreasing it.
For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue, at our expense, goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies such as sustainable land management practices, reforestation, and ocean cleanup.
